  Salt tablets are used for the regeneration of the ion exchange resins in steam and thermal power stations for water softening. Soft water is essential also in the hotel business, in hospitals, public laundromats and at home. Softer water means less limescale buildup which prolongs the operational life of the appliances and equipment, lowers energy consumption and improved productivity.
